Always remember to put the disc collars on after the weight discs. Maximum load:- 160 kg for the 155 cm bar- 60 kg per dumbbell- 15 kg for the disc collars in a hammer (vertical) positionUse the 155 cm bar with a weight training cage equipped with safety bar rests or with a spotter (someone to stand behind you to help you out in case of difficulty)
